The Alto Adige, also called Sud Tyrol in German, the first language of the area, is a region of incredible beauty, gracious people, and a very accessible yet high quality food and wine culture. It is absolutely on my very shortest list of places I like to visit most in the world. From time to time, I am indulged and we serve dishes and wines for which I have great personal affection. So, I hope you will join us! It will be my great pleasure to share just a little bit of the joy of this marvelous place with you. – Tony Foreman
